Rate Policies:
All sedan and limousine service between the hours of 12 AM and 5 AM, please add $20.00: Hourly rates begin at time of pickup and end at time of drop-off. All sedans and limousines have a 4-hour minimum on all hourly jobs.
Billing:
All rates do not include a suggested 20 percent gratuity for the driver. A temporary fuel/ surcharge of 10 percent will be added to all reservations. Rides are billed to the customer’s credit card. We accept American Express, Diner’s Club, MasterCard, and Visa. All tolls, parking, airport fees, etc. will be itemized and added to the bill.
Wait Time:
A 15-minute grace period beyond the scheduled pickup time is allowed. After the grace period a charge of $6.00 per 10-minute increment will be billed to your reservation. Airport pickups: a 30-minute grace period is available on all domestic flights after arrival. A 60-minute grace period is offered on International flights after arrival. After the grace period expires your reservation will be billed at $6.00 per 10 minute increment.
Cancellation & No-show Fees:
Cancellations should be made as far in advance of the scheduled pick-up time as possible. If cancellation is made within 2-hours or less from pick-up time, the full fare will be charged including all applicable tolls. If customer is unable to find there vehicle, please call 1-888-611-5466 to locate your car before taking alternate means of transportation.
Agreement and Liability:
All vehicles are non-smoking. Client assures D&D Limousine Service that at no time will any illegal drugs be consumed in any of our vehicles. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to consume alcohol. In case of any misconduct, by you or anyone in your party the company and or chauffeur, has the right to terminate the job without any refunds.
Holidays:
A $25.00 surcharge will be added to all trips occuring on: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Limo Stand Locations at Logan Airport:
Terminal A : Delta, Delta Shuttle, and Continental. Please meet chauffeur at the arrival level outside, cross two islands to the limo stand to your left.
Terminal B : America West, American, American Eagle, Air Canada, US Air, US Air Express, Independence Air. Upon arrival all clients are to meet the chauffeur upstairs at departure level after calling D&D Limousine’s dispatch to notify of your arrival .]
Terminal C : Air Tran, Cape Air, Jet Blue, Midwest, Song, United, United Express - please meet chauffeur at departure level cross two islands to the limo stand, after notifying D&D Limousines dispatch of your arrival.
Terminal E : Air Lingus, Air France, Alitalia, American (international), British Air, KLM, Lufshansa, Northwest & Virgin Atlantic. Please meet chauffeur on bottom level after exiting terminal, cross two islands to the limo area located behind the concrete barriers.
